My friend’s visa application is rejected by Netherlands.
He applied in India.
We were supposed to go Belgium for Tomorrowland. So we kept one week stay in Netherlands and 4 days in Belgium.
What could be the best option now?
Reapply in Netherlands or Apply new at Belgium
