Anno 117. Can you freeze/control time?

I'm on PS5, and I swear previous games had the ability to pause while building and stuff. And speeding up or slowing down time.
Is this not available in 117? I can't find it anywhere.

What can I do with peanut butter if I'm not American?

By 'not American', I mean I think peanut butter belongs on peanut butter sandwiches, and toast. Not mixed up with jam, not in cakes and smoothies, not in biscuits, not with meat, not in sauces, and so on. Just bread and butter.

But, I miss it.
So does anyone have any suggestions for regular, savoury means of getting it back in my diet?
The only thing I've seen is with celery. Which I'll try, but even that sounds mental.
