I applied for my study permit amendment on April 15th and haven’t got the decision for it yet. It has exceeded the normal processing time. I just need an advice if I should raise a webform or not?

I am going to apply for the study permit extension as my permit is going to get expired in July 31st and studies will be completed in August. So, this is actually my last final semester of my degree. I have paid 60% of my fees for this term, about $12000 is left. I was wondering if i need to mention it in my proof of financial funds document? Is there a chance that my extension file could get rejected on the grounds of insufficient funds when I am on my last semester?
