My place is 85F+ the past few days, when its barely in the 90s outside. Maintanance has come 2x and told me everything is good and this is normal, but from talking to people (and another thread on the maryland subreddit that was removed), this doesn't appear to be the case. Just curious if they're gaslighting me and I should push them harder to investigate

For context:

I'm on the top floor facing east ~800sq ft, but I do have blinds on all my windows and I keep them closed to keep the heat out.

I've been having a lot of difficulty lately with Yales Aetna insurance, especially with coverage outside of new haven. Expensive copays, constantly telling me things will be covered and then not covering them, the constant requirement to call Yale and try to justify I need to visit the doctor/ER, long appointment wait times since it has to be in new havens network, etc. Anyone out there have Medicaid with the Yale health insurance? Was thinking that might be a better alternative?

Ive paid for the yearly clear and have been using it, but now that I have tsa precheck, i wanted to give the clear i have to my partner. I know you can add members (for a fee), but id rather just remove myself from clear and have her be the clear user. Does anyone know if thats possible?

Belts started squeaking, not sure if its old or loose (probably the former). Don't know anything about cars, so was looking to have someone else replace the belt for me, any recommendations for places within the Rockville and or surrounding areas?
