MA The Only State to Cancel Plates and Registration before Canceling Insurance?
Moved out of state and it’s been a pain to cancel the registration and plates just to get a receipt for the insurance to cancel. The website doesn’t even have my car listed on my profile lol

Switched States from MA to PA. Any sites for bids like biddocs?
Biddocs.com has listings with no sign up and can select any job and download the drawings, specs, and see bid results. The UI is very easy to use and simple as well.
Is there anything like that in PA for bid searching? Was surprised Pennbid gets a cut if more than $24,500.

My current plan on Nelnet Says "Unpaid interest accrues. After you’ve made your full monthly payment, any remaining accrued interest on subsidized loans is covered by the government during your first three years in the plan."
How do I check if my interest is being paid by them after my monthly payments? I still see the interest growing and an option to pay just the interest.
