I tried to add an image to this post but was not able to. Long story short, I have moved away from home for the past 6 months and was visiting my family and GF for the last two weeks for April. These past two weeks of May I've had a non-itchy rash appear on my torso and inner fore arms and two discolored dots on my right palm. There's been no flu like symptoms, no swollen lymph nodes, but some discolored patches have shown up on my penis. Those aren't itchy or raised. They have no specific shape to them, there's no burning when urinating, no discharge or odor noted. I was also working with predisposed older populations this past semester as a nurse and had a needle stick injury happen recently so it could entirely not be from my sexual encounters with my GF. If I can link the picture please let me know how so I can aid in getting some advice.

Recently had some red spots show up scattered throughout my Glans Penis, they aren't itchy, raised or shaped in any specific way. There is also no odor nor is there any discharge coming out of it. I thought I could post a picture for reference on here but I can't figure out how to.
