Hi everyone,

unfortunately the AI-Supervision did not stop a rather Big Blog which clogged up the right Nozzle.

The hot filament went under the rubber Heat-Protector and just fused everything together.

And - it pulled a Heating Sensor Cable out (ordered a new one which I have here now):

--> so I cannot heat the Nozzle anymore

I managed to get most of the filament away on the front, but I still have problems to get the Hot end off to replace the Heating Sensor.

Any advice on how to proceed?

And ... is the Blob-Overwatch AI from Bambulabs so bad to not see a buildup? It was clearly visible when I got to the printer, but the printer did not stop and even moved a part around. The AI must have seen this.
