Other sources of choline aside from egg yolks ?

Choline is an essential nutrient that supports brain function, memory, nerve signaling, liver health, and muscle function.

Adequate Intakes (AIs) for Choline (19+ years) are 425 mg/day for women and 550 mg/day for men.

The highest sources of choline are beef liver and eggs (mainly egg yolks). So, what do you eat to meet these requirements that’s not high in saturated fat?

Lab tests

I did serum creatinine on Mar 2025, it was .9 mg/dI
I did it again yesterday it was .95 mg/dI
I did it early in the morning. Can this be caused by dehydration?
Urinalysis came back normal

▲ 6 r/acne

Any advice for this kind of acne?

I have active acne around the jaw and mouth since last year, my derm recommended accutane. I tried other alternatives but it doesn’t work. I already took accutane twice before for different acne 3 and 8 years ago.
The difference between these 2 photos is only one day. Every day, a new acne emerge and my skin is prone to scarring. Also my derm refused any acne scar treatment like fractional laser and excision without takin a dose of antibiotics or accutane
I am so done with it 🙂

The Picture of Dorian Gray

I couldn’t finish this book because I found Lord Henry’s character so disgusting and misogynistic. I am still at ch 4, is it worth reading?
