Is it safe to do OMAD with PCOS

Has anyone here done OMAD with PCOS? I have PCOS and insulin resistance. I’ve been doing omad for 22 days and I’ve found I’ve been getting a little light headed and feeling sick to my stomach a few hours after eating. I really can only lose weight on omad. I did omad last year but fell off the wagon at December and had lost 30 lbs in 4 months but I don’t remember feeling this dizzy and sick to my stomach a few hours after eating. For my eating window I usually have it be 2 hours because I eat a bowl of berries and Greek yogurt an hour before my meal. If I don’t do that I get terrible non stop diarrhea. I’ve read there can be blood sugar crashes but I don’t fully understand the blood sugar crashes and blood spikes eatting once a day. Has anyone gotten worse pcos symptoms by doing omad? Any tips or cautions you can explain to me about doing omad with pcos? Thanks for reading

My friend made me these maple wood plugs for my birthday

My close friend made me these plugs for my birthday. They are made from a maple tree that was in my other close friend’s back yard. They are super special to me. My friends are truly me and my husband’s true family. They were made in beautiful British Columbia, Canada 🍁

I’m in love with these tunnels! They also kind of match me and my husband’s wedding rings because it’s also hammered similarly except our rings are silver.

I’m also super happy at being at 16 mm after years at 12 mm. I’m thinking of going to 20 mm but I have some nice jewelry at this size.

Love seeing every one’s set ups on here.

Peace ✌️
