What frigate(s) do you have late game once you’ve graduated to piloting your capital of choice?

I have been experimenting with a lot of different options.

I find wolf dies too quick but can be mildly effective.

I use monitor and omen but obviously they’re more support/tanks.

I have two tempests for point capture but they’re pretty expensive and usually I feel like I can do better.

I’ve tried lashers, they don’t seem to do much either.

Hyperion seems too expensive and afflictors seem too be very polarizing on their usefulness.

I’ve heard good stuff about centurion but I just don’t see how it can capture points fast enough. And it doesn’t seem to be as tanky as others so it’s in an awkward spot for me.

PSA: the stars under ships actually matter. Better loot, harder boarding and a better ship to confiscate.

Haven’t seen anyone talk about this. Tester getting a regular brig versus a 3 star brig. Regular (1 star) had 3500 vs 12000.

Many have been critical, (perhaps rightly so) of some of the changes to the fleet but this is a really cool change.

Higher stars will add moral to enemies while boarding and often another side objective to lower morale. EG: cut flag AND destroy all powder.

What is the purpose of marrying off your daughters/younger sisters?

I’m fairly new to bannerlords as a preface, but I’ve been trying to figure this out.

Playing my first campaign run and my sister turned 19 recently. Ever since she turned 18 I’ve been getting frequent marriage proposals. Each from rival factions mostly from nobles I don’t even know.

I’ve denied them all because my sister has very good smithing and scouting skills and I use both of those frequently.

But then I thought, what is the purpose ever? When you get married you typically spend a lot of money to make it happen. When you get these marriage proposals, unless I am missing it, they don’t offer ANYTHING and you lose a valuable clan member who will join another family. You get ~10 relationship which isn’t nothing I guess but it’s really not worth losing a clan member imo.

Is there something I’m missing? I’m sure there is.
