Home made Ghk-cu serum

Hey so I have been doing a lot of research and decided to bite the bullet and made myself some Ghk-cu serum for the face, been using it for a few months now alongside my family and friends. It's so much better than other ones in the UK because they have such low count of Ghk cu in them. I've noticed a nice reduction in inflammation/redness, my skin feels softer and smoother w old acne scars disappearing. I do also pair this with Tretinoin. If you're interested in whats in them for your own diy serums, it's 3.33% Ghk -cu and ingredients are as follows -

  •  Aqua
  • · Sodium Hyaluronate
  • · Zemea Propanediol
  • · Copper Tripeptide-1 (GHK-Cu) – 3.33%
  • · Niacinamide
  • · N-Acetyl Glucosamine (NAG)
  • · Panthenol
  • · Hydrolyzed Silk Protein
  • · Ectoin
  • · Transcutol
  • · Phenoxyethanol

If you do have any suggestions let me know! Always happy to improve it.

Reta is King

I began on 1 mg for the first 2 weeks, then moved to 2 mg and stayed there for about 5 weeks. After that, I bumped up to 4 mg, and that was definitely the sweet spot for me - that’s where I saw the biggest difference in weight loss, so I stayed on 4 mg for the rest of the run. Overall, I dropped from 95 kg to 66 kg. I’ve stopped taking it now because I’m moving into a bulking phase, and I’m honestly really happy with the outcome. For context: 23-year-old male, UK based. Happy to answer questions if anyone has any - feel free to DM as well if you want more specific details or progress pics, just don’t really want to post those publicly on Reddit. Summary - Reta is king and my only regret was not starting sooner.

First two pictures were from 4 months ago , been on Reta to get rid of my body fat, was quite aggressive I will admit and didn’t lift as often or get my intake of protein which is my bad. The other pics were today, lighting doesn’t do me much justice but I have been consistently working out x4 to x5 a week, hitting 130+g protein, lifting to failure for the past two months. Was initially 95kg and am currently 66kg at 5’11.

I just hate my current love handles and rest of the belly fat, rest of my body is slim but those parts are not and I know you can’t focus fat loss to an area. I have currently just been trying to eat near maintience to gain muscle and lose more fat.

Any advice please, I’m new and be kind.
