I could not get not a hero dlc to work on my ps5. I have the gold edition asian version disc which is ELAS 10914. I already downloaded it from the asian region store but everytime I try to play the dlc from the extra menu, it says content not found and ask me to download it from the store along with the error code ws-118728-7.

I already tried downloading the dlc from the hk, Taiwan, Malaysia and UK store and none of them work. Would really appreciate anyone that can help with this problem.
