Playing SMT3 for the first and gave the wrong imput for the flag #1 for Yosuga ending.
My plan was to make a master save and apparently that involves me triggering flag #1 for Hikawa, Isamu and Chiaki, so that I can revisit and view all endings.
Do I have to restart the whole game now?
Hey everyone, looking for some honest perspective.
I'm 25, based in London, working in hedge fund operations at a small five-person fund. The work is chaotic and poorly structured, and I can't see a clear progression path from where I'm sitting. When things run smoothly I genuinely enjoy it, but the dysfunction gives me an anxiety I can't shake.
This is my first hedge fund role so I don't know if the chaos is firm-specific or just what smaller funds are like. My previous ops role ended when the company moved operations to India, so I've never really seen what a well-run version of this work looks like.
I also carry real job security anxiety. I graduated in 2023, got made redundant in 2025, and that period of unemployment was hard. I never want to be in that position again without something to lean on, which is why I'm considering ACCA, to build a credibility signal my ops experience alone doesn't give me. The goal would be to pivot into corporate finance or accounting at a larger organisation within 2-3 years.
A few questions for the sub:
- Is ACCA the right qualification for this kind of pivot?
- Is hedge fund ops experience valued outside financial services?
- Is ACCA manageable alongside a demanding full-time job?
