Is Anyone Else. . .

Is anyone else completely *done*? I feel so fucking exhausted. Lately, it seems as though I am a raw nerve and losing my patience much easier.

I interviewed for a potential position and am desperately hoping it works for me.

So --

Had an interview on Monday. Was told that i would know either way 'very soon'. Received an e-mail asking whether I could come tomorrow or Friday, to meet with the principal and tour the school.

Does that mean. . .i'm in?

Hey, all -

They rescheduled my interview for Zoom on Monday @/ 3pm! I am planning to bring a spare (better) outfit to change into and fix up my hair.

Have reviewed the ASCA Interview Qs and practiced my As.

main worry, though. . . Is forgetting or fumbling on a harder question. I am being interviewed for multiple positions

I received an interview for multiple positions (I am working now as a para). Had a bad feeling through the week that I was getting sick. . . Sure enough.

Woke up sick. Called into work. Asked whether it was possible to reschedule.

she warned me that it would be an 'if/when' situation. I am didappointed.

in myself for failing to push through and attend work. being unable to pull it together for a Zoom session.

I have been looking for positions in my field. which my supervisor knows and is supportive (has been helping me build skills).

I managed to score an interview, and would have to leave early for it (would have been there majority of the day, though)

I woke up sick this morning. I initially was going to attempt to push through, but. . . my current job involves a lot of physical activitiy and talking. It hurts to talk and my voice gives out within a few words.

I called in. Told them I would be doing vocal rest and tey to push through the interview. . . Family insisted that I reschedule as you cant call in sick then attend an interview.

Now I am in a little panicked tizzy.

Sorry for the word salad.

Hey, all -

I have been working as Para I.

I love my boss/colleagues/the children. However, I want to look into my field. I turned in 4 different applications and have an interview on Thursday.

Do you have any advice? I practiced aome answers with my old supervisor. I looked into the school mission/vision statement.

I don't want to get my hopes up either way. Worse case scenario, I don't get it. I have more interview experience.

I have previously undergone successful smears and pelvics. I did my usual preparation: medicine, gel, and had something to hold onto.

I ended up screaming snd crying due to the pain. Nurse was amazing and very apologetic; reassured me that I was in charge, and controlled the pace.

Pelvic? Fine.

but the pap. I can't describe the pain.

she was unable to use the broom for a scrape. I am fucking begging that we picked up enough cells for a check.

I am home now. but my body and mind feels so darned fuzzy and worn down.
