Where should I apply?

Currently an Enterprise AE with 6 years AE SaaS experience (10yrs in sales). Been in Disaster Recovery and most recently in GRC. Im doing pretty well but looking for a better product segment long term.

Most SaaS companies are really just workflow automation trying to be something more important but they’re just not.

Any suggestions on products, segments that I should look into for my next role? Ideally looking for a company that solves a real problem or has tangible value.

Edit: not saying im trying to leave tech or even SaaS just trying to filter companies that solve a real problem

Sell the news?

Genuine question here. I’m long Jan 27 calls at $2 and $5. I’ve been up big and now at break even.

Everyone on these subs seems to be waiting for a deal announcement to sell. From my limited experience, it seems like there’s usually a big run up before the announcement and then a sell off after the announcement (iren followed this pattern).

If Keel is selling off before any announcement, I’m concerned that there won’t be big run up after something is announced.

Are three deals already priced in? Do we have more downside risk than upside at this point?

Breaking into Comercial Banking from Tech Sales

I’ve been in tech sales for 8 years now. Started as a BDR and have made my way to Enterprise AE. I’m a bit tired of the the tech sales game. Quota always going up, smaller territories and threats of layoffs are wearing on me.

I had my first child a few months ago and I’m looking for something more stable. I want to stay front office. The idea of going back office sounds like giving up. I love being in front of customers.

Early in my career I had the opportunity to move to Commercial banking but decided against it because it was a pay cut at the time. I regret that and would to transition. My degree was Econ and finance. I’d need to brush up on my financial statements.

Any advice on what roles to look for or how to go about this would be very welcome. I’ve started networking with some bankers via linked in but thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask here as well.

Would it be worth doing any certs from CFI?

Left Handed Bolt Action

Hi All! I see there’s been some posts in the past but from a few years ago and I’m curious if there’s anything new out there.

I’m looking for a LH bolt action. Thinking 30-06 or something comparable. I would love a wood stock but I’m not that picky.

I’ve been looking at Tikka recently.

Christiansen has a lot of LH to choose from but I hear so many mixed reviews. Seems like you either get a good rifle or you don’t. If you don’t the CS is a nightmare

Wouldn’t spend more than $2k
