R2R
A few days ago I posted about trying to find the right solo recruiting niche. After reflecting on it more, I keep coming back to R2R (Recruitment-to-Recruitment).
I’m thinking about focusing on agency placements—recruiters, compliance coordinators, account executives, business development reps, recruiting managers, directors, etc.
For those of you who own agencies or have done R2R, what’s the market actually like right now?
More specifically:
What fee percentages are agencies realistically paying?
Are you mostly seeing contingent or retained searches?
Is it a niche with enough demand to build a solo business around, or is it becoming oversaturated?
I’d love to hear honest feedback from anyone who’s been in the space. Thanks in advance!
