Which rosary construction do you prefer: chain-link, paracord, or beading wire?

I’m curious what kind of rosary construction people prefer for actual prayer use.

Do you prefer:

A: Chain-link / eye-pin linked
B: Paracord / knotted
C: Strung on beading wire

And why? Is it because of durability, flexibility, weight, spacing, or the way it feels in your hands?

Is $60–70 fair for this handmade rosary?

Hi everyone, I’d like to ask for some pricing advice.

This is a handmade traditional 5-decade rosary. The beads are natural clear quartz with lapis lazuli accent beads. All the metal parts are stainless steel, including the eye pins, chain, jump rings, centerpiece, and crucifix.

Each bead is individually linked with stainless steel eye pins. It is not made with elastic cord or a single hidden wire/string. I assemble and close each loop by hand.

I’m still trying to understand fair pricing for handmade rosaries, especially when using better materials and stainless steel components. What would you consider a fair price range for a rosary like this?

Would around $60–70 be reasonable, or would that feel too high for this type of piece?

Any feedback on the materials, structure, or presentation is also welcome. Thank you.

Handmade Catholic Rosary with Clear Quartz and Amethyst — looking for feedback

I recently made this handmade Catholic rosary using 6mm natural clear quartz Hail Mary beads and 8mm amethyst Our Father beads.
It follows the traditional five-decade rosary structure: 53 Hail Mary beads and 6 Our Father beads. All metal parts are stainless steel, including the connectors, centerpiece, and crucifix.
I wanted the overall feeling to be quiet, clean, and suitable for daily prayer rather than decorative jewelry.
Would love to hear your thoughts on the material combination and overall design.

The pattern on the beads is the traditional Chinese "Shou" character, symbolizing peace, health, and longevity.
