My cat seems to express affection or excitement by jumping against things
Does anyone else's cat do this? He's generally aloof as far as being touched goes but seems to do this when he wants attention.

It looks like the harbor is closed to salmon fishing so I'm thinking maybe I could try Botanical Beach or Sombrio Beach. Are there any short casting options there like you would find at Otter Point or Beechy Head?
I'm in Sooke and have a canoe and paddle and I am hoping to catch some salmon but seems like options are limited. Am I reading the regs right that the entirely of 20-2 and the harbour at Port Renfrew are completely closed to fin fishing? Anywhere canoe accessible or any river fishing options? Is Fairy Lake realistic?
I don't think it's asthma because he doesn't do it any other time and he only seems to do it when he's right in front of the water dish like this. I kind of wonder if maybe he just has a hairball and he's drinking to help it through? I will show our vet the video next time we are in. Please excuse the bad camera work.
I know this isn't a new thing, but I don't remember it being so common that bands would tour by playing an older album front to back, often as an anniversary thing. Seems to be very common these days.
I have registered a domain which is my name. However, it looks kind of goofy to have my email be john@johnsmith.com. I want it to be something like john@jsadr.com (ADR being an acronym for the type of service I'm offering, but I just don't want that to be my website). I'd prefer not to have to pay another $25 a year to get a second domain. Is there a way through google workspace to fix this?
Like every streamer, Tidal has a really annoying feature where albums are constantly getting unfavorited. I think this usually happens because updated versions get uploaded, but it's infuriating how often this happened to me on Deezer and now Tidal and it's not uncommon that I have to re-follow every single album in someone's catalogue.
What I'm wondering is if playlists somehow retain memory of these tracks or if any time there's an album hiccup your playlist basically drops the track. I'm hoping the latter isn't the case because it would be doubly irritating if my neurotically curated playlists are constantly losing tracks.
