At what YOE did you get a chance to work on Service Portal, Integrations etc?

I have around 4.6 YOE. Recently, I made my first switch. But during all the interviews and calls from recruiters, pretty much everyone asked if I had experience in the following:

  1. Implementation project

  2. Service Portal

  3. Integration

  4. NowAssist, etc

Unfortunately, I didn't. Thankfully, I was able to get into a good company. Here, after fighting to get into an implementation project, I was able to. I even had managers saying that without implementation experience, no one would take me and asked to join support projects for tickets. I previously never worked in support and worked only on enhancements. Anyway, once I started working on this project, all was good, and I worked on some stuff I had never worked before.

But what I noticed was that integration, service portal, now assist, etc. was given to seniors with 8+ YOE. This made me wonder if this is the norm everywhere, and if yes, why do recruiters ask for experience in these at 4 YOE?

I would love to hear how it was for you, and is there anything that can be done from my end.

Thank you!

How do you change the view?

Sorry if this sounds dumb but how do you change this view to the classic view ? Anything I open gets opened in a workspace kind of view. I don't have this issue in my company instance. Recently, I took a PDI after a long time and everything opens this way.

The cast announcement for Avengers Doomsday

So after the 5 hour long live of cast announcement for Avengers Doomsday early last year, it was reported that more cast announcements were planned. But we never ended up getting another video or announcement. I believe Chris Evans was the only one apart from the original cast announcement that was revealed.

Why were there no further reveals ? Or can we expect something soon ?

What to expect when switching from Enhancements to Implementation team?

I have 4 YOE. Until now, I only worked for a client doing enhancements/stories. Now, I have an opportunity to work on an implementation project.

I'm curious about what the difference I could be feeling? What would the work would be like ? Also, how would my contribution be different? Should I prepare something in advance ?

So I have been working on this for 2 years, and I have been doing the very basic stuff like creating RPs, BR, CS, UI Policies, etc. All the new job requirements ask for portal experience, integration, VA, NowAssist, etc. I see other features in ServiceNow, too. But I don't know where to start or what to do to try / learn it by myself. Like I am feeling very bored with the work I have done so far.
