Garbage service, made me wait 40 minutes, send survey 20 mins after order, and then they cannot find the order!
And zero apologies offered, nor that those would matter. They refunded the order, and I even had to tell them what the items in the order were. I even gave them 10% tip! And this is the service O receive.
Barclays Shake Shack, have evidence, so please do not defend the store just because your orders may have always been perfect. It was garbage service. To text me a survey without even telling me the food was ready is ultimate scumbaggery.
Employee offered me to redo order too-super offensive. Just wanted justice, period.
This happened in a less bad way at another Shake Shack in Manhattan, with just fries, years ago. But at least then I could see the gentleman retrieving a laptop to check for the order. Today they wanted me to believe by "faith" that the order miraculously disappeared from the system. And they had tons of employees, so they should all have done better (tip didn't matter, I was treated horribly regardless.)
