Is this still the last year of COTA trackdays?

I had heard earlier this year that COTA going private will mean no more track days for bikes. I got off a waitlist for a track weekend in August and I'm looking at a $1600 price tag plus a 14 hour drive.

I think I can justify the cost if this is absolutely my last chance to ride COTA, but otherwise, I'd like to hold off.

I'm tracking a 390 now and I'd probably bring the street bike (panigale) out and just not push super hard. I think I'd have more fun in the future on a track built 600, but thats not in this year's track budget.

I got my girlfriend a dashcam and kit to wire it and decided that I might as well do the mirror while I’m up there with the trim off.

What a fucking mistake. Apparently Subaru couldn’t decide what mirror adapter and what connector they wanted to use in this car.

She has a 2024 crosstrek, I’m not sure the trim, but it has eyesight.

I finally got a mirror that works with this janky twist connector from a 2024 wilderness edition, but the damn thing has a 10 pin connector. Unfortunately, her car came with a 5 pin connector.

Does anybody make a 5 pin to 10 pin male-male connector?

The only mirror that I can find that comes with this idiotic twist secure mechanism and a 5 pin connector is $500 which is absolutely insane. I thought I’d be safe ordering a mirror from the same year and same car, but Subaru really wanted to ruin my day.

Edit: if anybody else is in this position, this guy makes them. https://www.bobsmirrors.com/Rearview-Mirror-PLUG-PLAY-Wiring-Harness-Homelink-Others-For-2014-2026-Subaru-Vehicles-\_p\_363.html

I'm salty.

Just came upon one of those totally silent enemies. Pressed S to back up and accidentally pressed X.

Character starts staring at my gun. Hit it again to cancel and accidentally crouched instead.

So I died, staring at my gun while crouching with a character full of loot from absolutely full health.

I decided to get into film photography and I’m trying to decide between getting scans locally or shipping to one of the big labs.

Does anybody have any recommendations?

Shooting all 35 mm so far.
