Darla Dimple from Cats Don’t Dance

One of the most underrated animated villains ever. The hysterical melting in how bratty, selfish, entitled spoiled movie child star is wonderfully made. The details of her anger and frustrated crash outs trying to keep it together is outstanding (along with her bow turning into devil pointy horns when she gets heated).

“Osmosis Jones” - Osmosis Jones (2001)

I haven't seen this movie in years but I was just thinking about how cool this white blood cell like police man is created to help protect a human body. The way how he's deisgn with an slick fluid water like substance while being able to morph and separate his body is too cool. Great character work in an original 2D animated worldbuilding

This Little Shop Of Horrors inspired villian is from the show VeggieTales in the Epsiode Larry Boy And The Rumor Weed. And I really dug this deisgn. Essentially the story tells a lesson in the dangers of rumors.

The metaphor of the rumor weed villian being this diva like female charcter who talks tea at a beauty shop is fascinating. The hair, lipstick, and pearl necklace as a small weed plant but spreads and become bigger and into a city level threat is pretty cool for early 3D animation.

The epsiode is Larryboy & The Fib Frim Outer Space(1997). I remember watching this in VHS and then having it on dvd. A lot of people were scared by this but I found the OG vhs archive and I'm fascinated to hear some of your reactions.

All of the main characters from this show including Pim, Charlie, Allan, and Mr. Boss with their expressive whimsical designs are so creative. I can't even describe thst well of what Allan, Charlie and Pim are but their shapes are diverse and well established. Some of their emotive facial and intensely detailed expressions can make for some Orginal and at time uncomfortably funny comedy.
