Cidco Homes

Has anyone have any experience with cidco homes booking,

I have heard that if dont get flat allotment then it is very hard to recover your token money

i have heard from third person accounts of people who have stayed in rented accomodation their whole life, not being being alloted flats, they have applied to most of the projects and their token money of about 3 lakhs is stuck

Plus there is issue of cidco not providing all amenities as promised and delay in getting house possesion,

i have also heard from cidco's sale agent that its no use to apply for pmjay as they have stopped disbursing money etc.

is there an official source that deciphers the indian PIN code.

i wanted to know about how the first digit of the pin is sorted into zones/regions but unable to find official gov sources that mention it
