Ma fiancée vient de Birmanie et le ministère des affaires étrangères refuse de valider son certificat de naissance pour notre mariage.
J'ai une lettre d'un notaire qui explique la situation, vous pensez que ça peut suffire pour la mairie ?
To The Relevant Authorities
I have acted as the authorized representative on behalf of xxxxxcccxxx to process the notary authentication and the consular legalization stamp from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
When we, along with her family member, submitted xxxxxcccccc birth certificate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for official stamping, the legalization was declined due to the following reasons: (1) the birth certificate was originally issued and recognized only by a local authority in a remote region lacking established healthcare departments, and (2) the original document has sustained minor deterioration due to the passage of time.
However, xxxxxxxxxxxxc birth certificate has already been legally certified as authent by a Notary Public Lawyer. Furthermore, on behalf of xxxxccccccxx Notary Service, I hereby reaffirm and certify that her birth certificate is genuine and authentic.
