Very stupid (or unlucky) M3 owner

Hello there fellow M3-ers

So, I'll save you the back story but the end result was that I left the drivers door to my brand spanking new G81 open last night, on the first effing day that we have had rainfall in this part of the UK for over two months!!!! Quite.bloody.typical.

End result, damp car. It didnt rain especially hard or long, but long enough for the seat and door panels to get damp and the carpet in the drivers side to become wet. We arent talking loads but the carpets in the foot wells on the drivers side and the rear passenger side are, well, moist. There is no standing water.

I have removed the floor mats, opened all windows and the boot. It is very breezy today and warm so I'm hopeful that this will remove most if not all the moisture and I'm not expecting any other rain until later tonight and almost none tomorrow so the doors can be left open for a long period.

Would someone a. let me know if there is anything specific that I need to do and b. help me stop worrying that I have done something hideous and long lasting to the car.

Yours, idiotically

Good morning all,

I was a little late to the news that SoundTouch Cloud was stopping yesterday only realising this when i received the final email.

I have 3 systems at home - 2 older non-bluetooth (ST20 and 30) speakers and a bluetooth soundbar with acoustimass woofer for the TV. I am very disappointed by this news and will use the aux for now on the speakers. The soundbar will stay as I can use bluetooth and this is use mainly for TV audi, plus is connected by ARC.

The 20 and 30 are quite old now and so rather than simply move to another Bose system, has anyone got any recommendations for alternative easy to use systems which offer similar functionality. Im not an audiophile necessarily, i just enjoyed the functionality and when I had bought the 20, enjoyed the multiroom capabilities when I got the bar and 30.

I have seen some workarounds but the two speakers are quite old now and so it makes sense to start thinking about newer and more modern replacements.

In case this was missed.

I only discovered this today in an email from Bose and I have a 20, 30 and Soundbar which are all going to lose support. Very disappointing

Here's my new beauty. Treated myself to a new G81. Need a few miles to run it in and then let the horses go
