I've seen a lot of threads about the redesign asking why the supporters weren't involved and it doesn't keep sharky etc. so I thought I'd fill you in on the business side of sport.

Sharks took outside money. That money needs a return through jersey and merchandise sales.

Only by doing a full redesign which looks nothing like the past do you drive supporters to have to feel they need to buy a new jersey, shirt etc. as their old ones no longer resemble the team they support.

Not saying what's right or wrong. Personally I don't like the new design it's a chatgpt remake of the Philadelphia eagles.

But that's just the business of sport and the reality once a stake was sold to outside money.

Considering Mallorca next summer as it looks beautiful. One thing I can't help but worry about is of its largely become a tourist destination which overly caters to tourists in those places.

What I mean is I don't want to feel like I am in Britain or germany but just with a beach and warm climate. I don't mind the level of tourists, my questions is more have areas changed to cater to those tourists and what they'd like. Like.offering beer and food that may be German or English rather than Mallorcan?

I get there or lots of towns to visit etc which remain true to the local heritage. Can you stay in those towns or are there beach towns which may have a hotel but remain true to themselves?

Has anyone found that you balance going to the beautiful tourist places but in a way also staying in a tranquil setting which gives you a feel.like you are in traditional mallorca?

Going on a 10 day trip with family and kids. It's not photography focused but will have some very nice picture opportunities.

Is it worth the difference to bring the camera? I am going to France and while I'd love to take great pictures of the lavender fields etc, because I am with kids it's more going to be about quicker pictures versus having the time to set up properly and at the right time of day etc.

End result of the photos will be for a printed family travel album and maybe one or two will be hung in the house but not blown up huge

I am considering fastpass. I have read a number of threads on here that say just buy the individual rides.

My question is can you just buy the rides you want, with no restrictions. I am currently at universal in Orlando and you are very limited in which rides you can buy single ride fast pass for. universal decides and it changes all the time, but in all honesty it's basically the rides with short lines.

So at Disneyland Paris, if we went on a ride by ride basis, can we select the exact one we want or will the options be limited.

For reference the app is charging $945 (total) for a fast pass for the four of us for a single day.

Looking for recommendations for a 30L plus backpack for work travel. Want it to look professional but also hold enough clarif for a two night work trip.inhavebthe Thule Aion 40l in black which just looks bad and so worn for a professional setting, fine for leisure travel

I also have the Thule Enroute 30L which just doesn't cut it. Weird design makes it seem like it holds a lot less.

Any recommendations for a 30 plus liter backpack that looks professional. Doesn't have to be Thule

My 7 year old is upgrading from a 24 inch to a 26 inch.

We are deciding between these three bats. There is one baseball superstore near us that has the Voodoo and RCKLESS for him to swing and try but not the CATX2 Connect. From reading the CATX2 is my favorite but worried he can't try it out in store. Any insight into the bottom three bats, pros and cons? Thanks

I am going to install a ceiling fan with light in place of an existing light fixture.

The existing light fixture runs from a smart switch which is a dimmer.

Do I need to replace out the smart dimmer switch to a regular non dimmer at the same time I nstall the ceiling fan?
