EY11 flight from Abu Dhabi to Chicago Aug 11th delayed baggage
Hello all,
After landing in Chicago, we were told that 131 bags did not get loaded into the flight… 2 of my checked in bags were a part of that. We were told to fill out “claim” sheet and submit that to the Etihad personnel.
It has now been a couple days and I haven’t received any information or even a PIR regarding the claim
I’m trying to get in touch with anyone else who was on the same flight and didn’t receive their baggage in Chicago. Has anyone gotten an update? A PIR? Or made any progress trying to get in contact with the Etihad baggage services?
