Yeast infection ?

Saturday evening I realized I had a yeast infection and took the one pill treatment. By Sunday I felt SO much better. Then Monday I started feeling a little burning/irritation again. Today it almost feels like I have tiny cuts down there? It’s still better overall, but definitely not back to normal.
No itching really, just irritated/burning and the “cuts” feeling. Has anyone else experienced this while healing from a yeast infection? Is this normal or did the medication maybe not fully work?

Graves & Postpartum / Period

Has anyone with Graves’ disease experienced really inconsistent cycles postpartum? I’m 22 months postpartum and still breastfeeding at night only. I got my first period back in March, then another one 35 days later, and now I’m currently on day 36 with no period yet. I’ve also been spotting in between periods.
The PMS symptoms before each cycle have been AWFUL too — nausea/throwing up, extreme emotions, anxiety, mood swings, etc. It honestly feels so intense every month.
I did go to my doctor and she didn’t seem too concerned, but I’m trying to figure out what’s “normal” here. Is this just postpartum hormones regulating? Breastfeeding? Graves’? A mix of everything?
Would love to hear if anyone else with Graves’ dealt with super irregular periods or intense PMS postpartum and how long it took things to level out.

22 Months PP Period

Hey everyone — just looking to see if anyone else has experienced this postpartum. I’m 22 months postpartum and still breastfeeding at night only. I got my first period back in March, then had another one 35 days later, and now I’m currently on day 36 with no period yet.
What’s also throwing me off is that I’ve been spotting in between periods too. Before each cycle I get HORRIBLE PMS symptoms — nausea/throwing up, extreme emotions, anxiety, mood swings… basically all the things. 😅
I did go to my doctor and she didn’t seem too concerned, but I’m just wondering if it’s normal for cycles to be this inconsistent when your period first comes back postpartum, especially while still nursing a little.
I also have Graves’ disease, so I don’t know if that could be contributing too. Would love to hear if anyone else dealt with this or how long it took for your cycles to regulate again.
