Follow up post re my previous post asking about no reduction in hunger cravings.. It has got better and is a bit easier to not get hunger pains, but nothing really changed as such and some days I feel like I'm starving but is semi possible to push through as getting good weight loss so far...

However the prescribing Docter for my course is not a GP, rather a specialist, being a Sleep Apnia Dr. Obviously the first dose, is 4 doses at 2.5mg. Ideally I should have a new script made so at the end of my 4th week I can get my next dose. However the reception of the Dr said I can't get in until 2 weeks after my 4th dose ends... I'm in the beginning of my 3rd week and getting good weight loss about 7.4.-8kg down. I don't want to lose the roll I'm on, but if I can't get into my specialist what effects or side effects on the loss of dose will it have possibly if I can't get in for 2 weeks after my 4 week dose ends? Can only the prescribing Dr that begun the course continental the prescription ? I also assume I'd need to discuss weight loss, side effects etc for Dr to either continue dose as is or step it up. Not sure if Teli health is am option but reception are the power hub gry renter cop type that they have the final say and dont care about my requirements of the drug I been prescribed...

Started the program last week 2.5 and done1 full week, Sunday to Sunday. 2nd dose yesterday. No real side effects to speak off. In first week I didn't eat any less or more and plenty of water as recommended (2l-4l/day). Though I'm workingv12 hours a day in construction and half the week last week was hungry as, but essentially eating the same as before I begun, but is a healthy diet and low sugar.

Today I struggled hard with hunger cravings... I didn't give in and had an Apple and nuts when craving food, but so far I have not really had any hunger suppression to speak of..

Anyone experienced this or have any suggestions to why my appetite not feeling suppression?

Is there a difference how Reddit works and operates on the various platforms as generally I can find I can navigate around most apps/ forums groups etc, but sone functions I hear mentioned I've tried ie crossposting and i e successfully done once but othet times I can't world it out.

Is there a platform, ie iPhone, Galaxy PC that's an easier interface?

Hi just curious as a newbie, it's suggested to join topics that interest you. I did that and have limited time during 6 days to working 12 hour shifts, tiny but of down time and rest sleep.

I tried to post in something that intest me and it said admin approval required.

Admin deemed it inappropriate with no explanation or discussion. When I tried to ask or understand I got no response..I repeatedly via PM asked for an explanation to understand to which I got reply, but got blocked by said admin for 3 days saying I won't accept their decision but apparently not allowed to ask questions...I tried another post again on different topic again admin approval required but I cross posted elsewhere and was accepted.. but admi denied posting again..

Why would it be acceptable in a cross post but not in topic if interest?
