I have an associates in Medical Lab Science and I am working towards a bachelor's. I'm considering pursuing a job in histo because from what I've gathered, histotechs have nicer schedules and make even more. The college does not offer an actual degree in Histotechnology but instead has a 2 semester course to earn a certificate. Is this normal for Histotechs? Is there no degree required?

New Tech. Just got my Associates in May and started my job just one week after graduation. Have been in training this whole time, 5 weeks in processing, 5 weeks in chem, and now doing 5 weeks in Heme. After I'm done training, I will go to nights.
I don't feel fully prepared for this. I feel like I didn't pick up as much as I should have in school and have realized that I have MUCH left to learn to get this down pat, and I feel like I was rushed through training (I also feel my training itself was largely botched for other reasons).
Anyone else here feel that same way when you were new? If so, how did you get through it?
Was in this sub a month ago. Had an adult roach that someone on this sub ID'd as oriental. Is this a baby or young roach?

Graduated last month and got my associate's degree but still haven't taken BOC exam. My friend from class convinced me to take the AMT (He did it two weeks after graduating and passed his first try).
What resourced should I be using? Our professor directed us to buy some study guide for the ASCP but it is going very slow and my employer is requiring me to pass the exam within one year of my start state. Now I've only got 11 months left and don't feel like I've made any headway.
Going for all SILVERS in Battle Frontier and I have two Latios'. One has ideal nature and OKish IVs. The other has less appealing nature and mostly crap IVs but has higher SpA and SPE.

Moved into a newer apartment complex two weeks ago. Woke up this morning to a rustling sound, and found him scurrying in my bedroom. Nickle is for size reference. Can anyone tell what species and how far along it is?

Just moved into a newer apartment complex like 2 weeks ago. Building is newish, built in like '24 and I was greeting this morning a rustling sound. When I investigated, it turned out to be a massive cockroach! Royally disgusted and pissed. How common are these things in this city?

Officially graduating from college on Saturday and starting my new job with a hospital lab this coming Monday. My plan is to get a couple of years' experience and move into a reference lab or state-run public lab. I was wondering if anyone else here has made this move. Can you tell me what the differences are? Is your work less chaotic and more structured?
As in the title, do you believe Trump is losing influence and support? I believe he is, and in my circles, I'm hearing many people say, "I'm never voting again". I saw quite a bit of that online following the botched 'release' of the Epstein files, then some more after the war/not war was launched on Iran and I'm seeing even more of it now with soaring gas prices. I have family who are also MAGA, and while they haven't exactly abandoned ship yet so to speak, they are clearly not as mesmerized as they were by Trump in his first term.
