3.3 cgpa from U of T and 158 lsat, what are my chances at lakehead and windsor?

Medium softs, slight upward trend in gpa (3-3.5) worked part-time all through undergrad. I just want to be a public defender or work for the government in some capacity, so I don't think the actual school matters that much. However, right now, my concern is getting in anywhere. I read that lakehead and windsor are the most likely to accept someone with my stats, but after reading through R and A posts I'm getting a little worried as it seems like most people who got accepted had stats that were higher than mine

I really don't want to retake the LSAT, but if it comes to it I guess I may have to. Appreciate any insight and advice!

How to sound less annoying?

I (23f) have been debating for 3 years. I have been told by people in debate that I have such an annoying voice (whiny and unconfident) that it makes people think I'm mentally challenged. I listened to recordings of my speeches and they honestly sound fine, I dont hear any issue, but based on my tournament speeches, this seems to be accurate. It seems like some people literally tune me out completely. Often times things I say never make it into the flow, never get brought up in the OA and judges seem confused when I bring them up, yet they rarely have the same issue with my partners. When I have highly experienced judges, I usually get above average speaks and they note that I make important contributions. I have also asked my partners and they say that my speeches are clear though slightly unstructured, and they never give me feedback on presentation (I'm assuming because they dont want to hurt my feelings) But like 50% of the time, judges will just say my speech was unclear and not expand further or just say "you didnt explain it enough" which is very vague.

Im sure there are technical reasons for this such as structure, but I feel like presentation is a massive part of it. I write a lot of essays for school and my professors always comment on how sound the argumentation is, so this is primarily a speech issue. I would really appreciate some tips on how to improve.

I hate it when you ask for advice for a specific issue and all the comments are just telling you how to cope better

ie if I make a post asking how to improve a certain aspect of my appearance, 99% of responses will just tell me not to care. Like I know thats an option, if I wanted to do that I wouldnt post in the first place.

I hate how we invent euphemisms to gaslight ourselves

Especially in regards to appearance or other qualitative metrics. ie instead of saying x feature is ugly or conventionally unattractive they say it looks unique or that it "adds character and personality". Or calling medium ugly women cute or saying they look like greek goddesses. Or saying that something is interesting instead of bad.

Of course cute women that look like greek goddesses do exist and so do unique facial features that add personality. but 9/10 times i hear these words, it's a nice way of calling someone ugly/conventionally unattractive.

But the issue is that the experience of a person who is being gaslit in such a way will not match up with the words they hear. They will not be approached, they will not benefit from the halo effect, and they will see their conventionally attractive friends live completely opposite lives. It would be kinder if they were just told the truth to the begin with, and then maybe some of them would take the steps to improve. If not, then at least they would have realistic expectations of how they will be treated based on how society sees them.

Sometimes I'll get intense anxiety over the fact that i have a body, or when I see people chew, walk or make facial expressions. Looking at anything other than a landscape has triggered these feelings in the past. It's like the chicken is too chickeny phenomenon but with everything to do with humans.

Just to be clear, I am not a misanthrope. I have respect for humanity as a concept, as well as for individual humans. But I think I also have a subconscious negative association with humans in general, and this is just a manifestation..
