I interviewed with an MSP today. It's just the CEO and 1 other guy. I don't have any IT experience only recently acquired my A+ certification. I just got bad vibes from this position, like I'd be exploited and something just feels off not sure how to describe it. Has anyone else experienced something like this? I feel like I have to take the offer if extended as I have been searching for a bit now and given how hard the market is so I feel like denying it would be crazy. But idk something feels off.

I have a 3 year resume gap and I'm considering just lying and fabricating a job at a company my friend owns. I could get him to be a reference. I really don't want to do this but I'm having a really hard time even landing interviews. The company is small and wouldn't appear on anything like the work number but worried they could find out some other way. Looking for advice thank you

I was studying for IT certifications and have one (CompTIA A+) but haven't been able to find a job there and worried about AI, figured job security, etc. don't really know what industry to try and go into, everything seems bad idk. I honestly don't really care whhag I'd do for work as long as I can support myself and maybe a family. Thanks

I use a edited version of the google docs template "Swiss" (attached) it does have the secondary "columns" on the side, and uses tables. ive heard that type of formatting can make AI unable to parse the resume, but ive also heard that if you copy and paste your resume into a notepad and it looks normal youre good to go. ive copy pasted mine into notepad and it reads and flows normally. is my current setup good? thanks

Just created my account, was adding some info, and I get locked out saying my account is temporarily restricted, and is prompting me to submit a photo of my drivers license. I'm just not doing that. I've seen people have success filing a complaint with the district attorney of Santa Clara's office and complaints with other authorities, has anyone had success with this? Surely restricting my account for my drivers license 5 minutes after making my account is illegal in some form, with how necessary it is to use this app for a career these days.

i got A+ recently. im 24 with no experience in anything really. thinking about just calling it quits and looking for some other industry but idk what else id even look for. ive applied to every job within 90 minutes of me. is it only downhill from here in IT?

took my final prof messer core 2 prac exam today (exam c) and got an 81%. my exam is this thursday. im burnt out and dont know what to do feel like studying will be worse but now im demotviated because of my recent score

Im having trouble understanding this. How are they both standard formatting?

I just had a practice question that asked what a standard format was, and there were answers for both of these types in the image

"cant recover data"
"can be recovered"

how do you tell which is the difference?

Today is Monday and my Exam is Thursday. I am hitting a wall in terms of retention and just general burnout. As of now I'm decently confident I will pass, but worried I am going to forget things so I feel the need to be constantly studying. Ive gotten 77%, 80%, and 80% on dions first 3 exams, which is around what I was getting for Core 1 and I passed with an 817. I have 1 more messer prac exam to take and 3 more dion exams. Has anyone else dealt with this and any suggestions for me as of now? Just feel like I cant relax. thanks

I've seen a lot of these threads but was curious to hear recent experiences. I'm planning on taking A+ core 2 soon, but the testing center I took core 1 at (was great) is closed for the summer. The next closest is over an hour away so debating on doing online.

wanted to play cuz i usually try to get 100% achievements for every game in my library. the last one i needed was level 100. i made a post about it and got insta banned. never seen so many get offended on a companys behalf lol

Why are my levels this high if I don't have hemochromatosis? Could these levels explain why I have intense fatigue & brain fog?

I was tested for a bunch of other stuff but all within normal ranges, if any other data would help happy to provide.
