Hello. As per title, I have never had a social network in my adult life. I had Facebook like most but I have not been using it for the past 10 years probably. I launched a website that put together sailing courses in the UK and Europe and have no idea on how to drive traffic. I created an ig profile and posted a picture (not sure I can share it here) but got absolutely no views. Last 2 weeks have been busy with work and could not dedicate the time I want to posting more. Think is I love sailing and have a sailboat my self, with a tone of pics and vids about the topic but dont know how to frame it. I would like to validate my idea since I think it is a useful website and it is solving an existing problem but I need traffic. Is there a book I should read or somebody I could follow on youtube for istance? or shall I just hire somebody? any suggestion? e.g. upwork and the likes. I coded the website myself and can collect data too, so that part is covered. Though, I understand this is a startup idea that needs the social component to get validated

I have an interview with a quite senior Japanese exec at a Japanese bank. I have never interviewed with a Japanese before. How shall I behave? I am VP/Director level now so not junior. Do they appreciate knowledge, a bit of bragging or do they prefer humble and lowkey? Shall I even shake his hands or bow like in the movies? Any advice appreciated

Salve, volevo sapere dove posso trovare annunci per lavori da skipper o aiuto skipper per questa estate. Io (35M) ho patente nautica illimitata da 10 anni, posseggo una barca da 3 anni e ho fatto diversi transfer come skipper con amici dal centro Italia alla Croazia e ancora a Corfu'. E' una barca vecchiotta quindi non me la sento di portarci sconosciuti sopra, per una mera questione di comodita'. So mettere le mani su sistema elettrico e motore e ci so fare con le persone. Potrei anche prendere una certificazione RYA a stretto giro come Coastal skipper se necessario. Sono doppia lingua inglese/italiano e parlo anche bene spagnolo. Ogni aiuto e' gradito, grazie.

Come da titolo, sono all'estero da 10 anni e sto comtemplando il rientro. Ambito finance, credit analyst nello specifico. Quindi tutto cio' che riguarda IG/HY bonds, ma anche leveraged finance e restructuring. Il problema e' che vedo pochissimi annunci su Linkedin. Ci sono degli headhunters a Milano che ricercano personale in questo ambito o devo cercarmi gli annunci da me? Se si avete qualche nome da suggerire?

Hi. 36M here. With sailing certifications from an European country. I am looking for work as skipper or first mate for the summer. I have 3 years of experience conducting guests in Croatia and Greece, including overnight passages from Italy to these countries. Do you know anybody hiring or have any suggestions on how to find work? Can get a Coastal skipper qualification in the UK if needed. Speak fluently English, Italian and Spanish.
