Does anyone know where I can recycle grocery bags and similar kinds of plastic (i.e. plastic wrapping, shipping bags, etc.) here in Ridgefield?

The only place I know of is in the Safeway in Salmon Creek. They have a big bin at one of their front doors for this kind of thing, but it would be awesome if there was a place in town.

There's all this development up and down Royle Road, but at 19th its like they started doing dirt work and stopped all of a sudden? Anyone have any idea what happened, and if there are plans to actually build houses here at some point?
