First missed period - does the luteal phase end?

I am 48.5 years old, always been regular though my periods have been very light for the last year, and I’m two weeks past when I should have gotten it. But my body is stuck in constant luteal phase now.. the cravings for salty carbs, the poor sleep, the irritabilty and dark moods.. I feel like I’m revving my engines towards a period that never comes. So for those of you who haven’t gotten a period in months or are in full menopause: does this extended luteal phase vibe go away? And yes I am on all the HRT..

Insane Allergies?

Anyone else having really bad allergies these days? Insane head pressure, congestion and ringing ears? I’m in Venice and it’s debilitating some days.

Any Oscar contenders from the first half of 2026?

My favorite film of the first half of the year is The Christophers but I doubt it will get any noms. Any spring or summer possible contenders like Sinners last year? I know Disclosure isn’t out yet but I imagine it could be in the running as reviews are good.
