Project analyst. How do i get an offer with 90days notice?

So i am stuck at an indian startup (working here for 2yrs now) earlier it was all good but now i am experiencing too much politics and the way these people work is just ethically beyond me. ive 5yrs exp. initial 3yrs in HR now 2 as a project analyst. I’m constantly applying for jobs which fit my role in linkedin and naukri and still not getting enough interviews. I am receiving calls from recruiters but as soon as i tell them i have 3months notice I’m ghosted. Now i have started telling them that i can try to negotiate (my company won’t negotiate) but they want to know how much will they negotiate to. I gave an interview recently at an MNC cleared first 2 rounds , last was managerial round, it did go well but towards the end the interviewer told me that i am currently all over and i should pick one lane. I told him that that is why i am planning to switch because in startups one has to wear multiple hats so picking a lane isnt possible. Interview happened on Thursday and today is Monday morning. i havent heard back from them so I’m assuming they rejected me. Help me find a job or guide me what to do?

Dating an Ex-employee. What do i do?

So i (26F) started seeing a guy at work last year, he (26M) was serving notice then. backstory: we used to hate each other, like literally did not want to talk to each other but our roles were intertwined so avoiding each other completely wasn’t possible. plus we were working in a startup so small team size.

anyway, last year we started seeing each other and my role has me having all the confidential data of the company like client details, rate cards etc. he was a software engineer. we never spoke during office hours but went out after hours, somehow my manager found out (he is also the CEO) and i was warned against talking to that guy because they didn’t trust me to keep things confidential and thou the guy would somehow get all the details from me. on the other hand they were literally after him to take back his resignation and stay. Anyway after the warning i was stressed that i might lose my job so during working hours i created more distance. Once he left and joined another company i still did not post anything on social media (few colleagues were added in both our profiles). at one point we did want to post each other online. We did. Skip to last month- my manager (CEO) found out that i am dating that guy. And i was scolded. He said he has lost trust in me and did not expect this from me. I said given that guy is not a part of the organisation i shouldn’t have to disclose my personal life to anyone. To which he got more pissed. He started pulling me away from imp work and assigned things that i used to do to literal interns. Obv that didn’t work and now he is gradually giving that work to me again. He also said that i should have told him and when i joined the organisation like within a week or so he told me to maintain distance from all. I used to have lunch alone and eventually people thought and still think I’m a bitch because i dont talk to anyone. again he repeated that i am supposed to maintain distance and i told him that what i do after hours that is no one’s business till the time my work is not getting hampered. He literally had no answer to that and just wanted me to feel sorry for having a life outside work and not doing as he told me to do.
