Amazon Prime Video 4K UHD Add On

Anybody notice the new Amazon Prime 4k UHD $5 add on? I realize it’s $5 but it’s interesting how they decided to do an add on that was previously included in the regular subscription. I noticed many companies are making small changes like this. I’m sure most people don’t notice it at first but over time it all adds up. I’ve cancelled almost all of my streaming services. I have a feeling Prime may be next.

Minimum 7 hours sleep

Is it just me or does anyone else feel like if they get anything less than 7 hours of deep sleep they feel physically ill the next day? I’m talking feeling nauseous, headache, brain fog, low energy. I’m 31 years old and I genuinely feel useless without at least 7 hours of sleep. Anyone else the same way?

Testosterone Injection pricing

Hello Everyone, So I just left the local Mens Gameday Health clinic here. They are wanting to charge me $212 monthly for weekly Testosterone injections. Would you consider this to be too expensive? If so is there a better alternative? Looking forward to hearing everyone’s thoughts.

30M with low testosterone

Hello Everyone. I’m a 30 yr old male that’s been dealing with low T for a while now. When I first tested a little over 3 months ago I found that my levels were well below 250ng/dl. This was a huge wake up call for me. I decided to completely quit drinking alcohol. I started eating a clean high protein diet with vitamins and supplements every day. I Train with heavy weights 4-5 times per week. I aim for at least 7hrs of sleep every night. My Dr. even put me on 100mg .5 Testosterone injections once every 2 weeks. It’s been about 3 months since I started and even though there are days where I feel sluggish I honestly feel better than what I did before I started. With that said I just had my levels tested again and they are still extremely low, even lower than before I first started. Honestly I was expecting better results this time and I can’t help but feel somewhat deflated. I asked my Dr. to increase my dosage and for a referral to see an endocrinologist/urologist. I came here looking for any other advice that may help! Thank you 🙏

DME/Testing for Airframe license

I’m a mechanic living in the San Antonio area who’s struggling to find a testing facility and DME for my Airframe license. I’m sick and tired of working for Defense companies. I want to get my Airframe license so I can finally land a job with a major airline. I feel like I’ve done everything including contacting the local schools and FSDO with no luck. If anyone has any information that might help it would be greatly appreciated.
