How to weane off of lumateperone 42mg safely
As when i skipped a dose got severe akathesia/restlessness for 24 hours
I already suffering from akathesia (hyperalert in head)
Got it from taking 2mg risperidone which was eliminated and i switched to lumateperone 42mg
Skipping 1 lumateperone 42mg dose made akathesia worse for 24 hours
I want to fully get off lumateperone 42mg and ativan 1mg
What can be a safe taper in this case
As lumateperone 42mg could be stopping the akathesia from fully resolving
Ativan 1mg can't take it for long

After staring risperidone fragmented sleep getting up 3 times per night[took for 2 months]
On lumateperone (42mg) now get up every hour or so
Its very difficult to sleep[taking since 3 months now]
On 1mg ativan at night taking since 5 months
Sometimes just 1 hour of sleep at night after forcing myself
Still the disturbances are persistent
Should I consider stopping lumateperone?
