Horrible sleep while trying to taper off alcohol

I’m new to this page but I need to try to find anyone with some advice or see if anyone’s went through what I have been going through.

Long story short, I’ve been a daily alcoholic since about January 2024. I would split 1.14L of 45% vodka with my boyfriend every day. I got help with a local addiction clinic in July after being in the hospital for 3 days, and we’re down to sharing a 750ml bottle, splitting into two 375 ml but still 45%.

Last night I kept waking up every half hour basically on the half hour mark, I would check my phone or watch. Every time my stomach felt like it was eating itself and wanted to puke but I didn’t. I took a nausea med my doctor prescribed me but I was tossing and turning the whole night while my legs were shaking and couldn’t get comfortable at all. Which has been common lately but not this bad. I was debating calling an ambulance to take me in.

I have been in the hospital from what we think is dehydration and low potassium and magnesium. My body tenses up where I can’t control my arms or legs. My boyfriend suffers from seizures from withdrawals.

Really what I’m wondering is if anyone else has experienced something like I do?
