Eating authentic tteokbokki has ruined tteokbokki for me in my home country
I went for a year abroad and went to a few Korean dinners and had the most delicious tteokbokki. I used to love the tteokbokki at a place in my hometown, but I went the other day and I didn't like it at all! I've also tried making it on my own. Are there any special ingredients/hacks you guys have?
