Has anyone used emergent to create a tool?

Hey guys !!

So I saw that emergent is booming in the market and people are creating tools and apps using it. I wanted to know if anyone has used it yet? What was the result and cost? How was the process and what you created using it?

Asking this because I am thinking to use emergent too, to develop a tool that can help me in my business but before investing in it , I want to hear some feedback from you guys...

Hi guys! I am 24 and 35 kg with 5 feet height and Below is my meal plan. Please go through it and let me know if i am missing out anything or is this fine. I'll be starting my exercise from tomorrow.

Early morning 2 eggs + peanut butter roti

Breakfast Banana milkshake with dry fruits

Late morning Curd + fruit

Lunch Chicken + curd + veg + roti or rice

Snack Pre-work out Beetroot juice + 1 banana

Post workout Chickpeas + dry fruits

Dinner Chicken and roti or rice with curd and some salad if possible

Before bed 1 glass warm milk with ghee
