Hi all! I’m currently on the hunt ng condos near/walkable to Megamall, Podium, ADB, or even Ortigas MRT.

Leaning towards a DMCI condo and might pass for SMDC. May DMCI condo ba near/around the area? Any other condo recommendations I could look into? Budget is around 15-18k (incl. assoc dues) 1 bedroom units are preferred and even okay with older buildings basta hindi shoebox size.

Hi! Has anybody here tried applying for personal visas with one of the TAs in the ground floor? I’m planning to apply for a Schengen and/or AU tourist visa and was wondering what was your experience specifically regarding the ITR as a requirement since we do not have one.
