How can I get more hours

Before you say ask for more hours, I already have I never get offered any cover shifts while my employees I speak to do well I asked for more hours apparently there isn’t any but then we always seem to be hiring new people

Is now the time for a bulk?

I’ve been cutting for around 2 months now the reason I cut in the first place bc I was a high bf and I didn’t want to bulk is now a good time for a 100-200 bulk or should I wait longer ?
