Logistic scientists jwe3 campaign

So I’m on my first game of jwe3 on the campaign.

I’m trying to get a logistics expert (or 2) and having zero luck. I’ve been save scumming (reloading a save) from 20 seconds before the scientists offered reset. Then paying the 100K for a manual reset to see if one pops up.

I’m on about attempt 20 or 30 or so without finding a logistics expert.

Is this by chance something that is hard locked from appearing in the campaign? (At least the part I’m on)

The best I’ve seen for logistics is a 3/6 guy with faster expeditions. While I’m trying to get a 5(or 6)/10.

Hard locked or bad rng?

I havnt logged into floor trash for quite a while. Taxi business has been good and no point.

This morning it’s slow so I logged in to see if they sent anything worth doing.

This is in my magical car that has zero expenses beyond gasoline and is a hybrid sedan.

So… it’s $9.00 to spend 44 minutes to walk into a store buy and deliver 2 things 15 miles.

This is why when you get something delivered it doesn’t show up.., ever.

I’m opting to stay parked at this hotel and pray for something to happen in the next 3 hours.

I’m attempting an evil playthrough going through 1-2 and infinite.
