Hello,

I rescued this guy today, from someone who could not take care of them. I’m a crested gecko/ bearded dragon guy. So I am new to this Leopard gecko thing. I need all your tips and tricks ! It’s in a 40 gallon tank (the minimum?) front opening. I ordered a lot of cork bark, another humid hide and some stuff to climb on. The one they had was a snake hide. I have uvb and a light for basking. Calcium dish. Anything I’m missing ?

I decided to go back and platinum this work of art , after beating it when it came out. Very satisfied.

Ive never seen her sleep in the open . Had me worried at first !

I have yet to switch over to a bioactive enclosure. I plan on it, but not yet. How do you all keep the soil from getting so water logged in a non bioactive enclosure ? I feel like every time I change the soil , it’s like a swamp.
