My 2 year old PittMaliLab eats human grade dry food (Honest Kitchen). His first poop ever day is perfect. Then second (usually on a walk) is mushy and then he will often have a third layer on the walk (5 mile walks) or at the off leash park that is very soft -runny. This is every day. I give him a half teaspoon of psyllium husk daily. Thoughts? advice?
Currently reading Healing the Shame that Binds You by John Bradshaw. I'm finding this extremely helpful in understanding my parents and family and how I ended up in this sub! Highly recommend.
To all of you who deserved a mother who loved them the unconditionally but instead had a narcissistic abuser I wish you the best on this difficult day.
