New to me 91/30

Picked up today for $275. Now I have something to pair with my Nagant revolver. Need to get a bayonet, sling and ammo now

Found this stock for $10 and wanted to try to repair it. Also got the blade bayonet from a friend for cheap. Decided to take off the Tapco stock and stop using the detachable mags. Gave it paint job to hide the repair. It's a 1979 Chinese not matching whatsoever. Bought it as a bubba, it did have the French tickler handguard (ribbe for her pleasure) when I got. Sold that because I had no idea what it was and didn't care at the time. Now I'm thinking about getting the ribbed handguard again.

As for the repair. Bought 2 pieces of walnut on Etsy, cut them to shape the best I could, my mom helped me with one, she used a jigsaw, so it looked much better than mine hack job. Used 2 ton epoxy to hold them in place. Waited 48-72 hours before Dremel go brrr for sanding. Used wood filler in any small gaps the epoxy didn't get. Then painted it. I'm pretty happy with it.

It's now kinda back as Simonov intended.

Cylinder isn't rotating when cocking the hammer, unless it is flat. The hammer is also much harder to pull back than before. Replaced the hand, now I'm having this issue.
