i am thinking of building all black no rgb pc but i cant seem to find a good cheap matx pc case so i have been thinking of a buying a zebronics or ant esports cheap case then gutting it and putting arctic's p12 fans and aio in there what do you guys think ?

which cpu should i buy ? both are around the same price ( ryzen is like 22$ cheaper) i only care about gaming performance , gpu: rx9070xt
