I've been warning about this for the past year on this very subreddit, and it has officially come to be. I want to make sure that everyone is aware of one thing the news doesn't delve into:

This is 100% the fault of the Republican Party's culture war and Ron DeSantis. In order to prevent "gay" things from happening, he vetoed state wide cultural grants that allowed this festival (and numerous others in town) to occur. The amazing out of country Celtic bands are having trouble from getting visas thanks to the federal government's agenda. Not just that, but some have refused to come to this country because they're afraid of being arrested and deported by ICE if they have scheduling issues (common in traveling bands) or say the wrong thing to the wrong person.

In other words, if you voted for Ron Desantis and/or Donald Trump, this is your fault. Not solely your fault, but it is your fault.

Nuclear Events Gone?

Was playing through and decided to punish Germany for everything they put Russia through with a nuke on Berlin. It's been a while since I played a game where I nuked something. Shouldn't there be events about the nuking of a city? Or did I hallucinate that in the past?

Broken Skies, USA Can't be Peacefully Reunited?

I'm familiar with the mechanics of peaceful unification from the base game, and hostile claims. I've been working on trying to federate the various former US states, but the claims are still hostile even after several years and leveling out democracy scores. Are they supposed to remain hostile claims or am I missing a step somewhere?

Also having the same issue with the UK and Scotland.

Need Help With Bards College Expansion

So I've been trying everything I've found online for an ongoing issue involving the quest A Dragon's Dirge in the Bard's College Expansion Creation. I'm at the stage where I'm supposed to fend off attackers on the college, but only 10 spawn in, and I'm supposed to kill 11. Previous things I've found about this quest provide all sorts of issues and resolutions, including the final attacker spawning in dead or outside the bounds of the map. Neither of these are correct.

I am attempting to advance the quest via the console instead, but I've hit a snag. Using the command to provide quest IDs, I've been trying to advance the stage of the quest to whatever is after this, but I cannot find the quest ID. For whatever reason, the quest is not showing up in the output when I do the command for active quest IDs.

Does anyone know the quest ID for "A Dragon's Dirge"?
