I bought this plant at the start of spring here in Australia and it has been thriving with each leaf bigger and more beautiful than the previous one. I finally managed to get one at a non stupid price.

I transferred to Leca with a collar of sphagnum moss after two weeks.

The original plant came with some leaf damage and spots so I sprayed it with anti fungal a couple of times and the new leaves have been spotless so far.

The plant has a ton of EFNs in the petioles so I always have to put liquid ant traps where the plant is normally located (I moved it for the photo).

It lives on a shelf where she gets light from one of my vertical Barrina lights that I have for my monsteras.

My little Alocasia corner is packed at the end of the growing season here but I'm already looking for options to add more lol

They are all in semi hydro and they are supported by 2 Barrina grow lights hanging on top of them since this part of the house doesn't get a lot of light.

I'm not a fan of variegated alocasias if you couldn't tell lol.
